Please choose your preferred language via the 'Language' button. Under the sign up tab, enter in your email and click sign up. Enter you Amazon login and AtoZ password, then click sign up. Verify your email. Enter in all of your information, select your site, add a picture then click create profile. Now that you have created your profile you are able to start booking and matching rides. If you have not done so already you can also set your preferred language now via Settings > Language.
Choose if you would like to be a driver, rider, or you can choose either, if you can be flexible.Enter in the destination that you are headed to and them confirm the destination.Enter the location you are traveling from.On the booking Request Summary page add your trip date and time. Choose Arrive By if you wish to arrive by a set time, for example the start of a shift. Choose Leave After to request a departure time after a set time, e.g. a shift end time.You are also able to add Extra Passengers, a Return Trip or a Repeated Ride Then tap Submit Booking Request to start the trip matching process.
Once a match is found you can review it. Press the checkmark to accept the trip and add to your home screen.From here you can press start trip and it will provide trip details and step by step directions to pick up for the Drivers on this screen you will also be told your parking bay number, if applicable.When the trip is over press completed trip to finish the ride and leave feedbackYou can exit the trip by press the X in the top left corner.The ride will now show as completed on the home screen.

No. The carpool app is only accessible within trusted Amazon networks. You only share with other Amazon Associates.
The regulations around carpooling state that the costs of petrol, parking and reasonable wear and tear may be shared. If you rideshare with a certain driver regularly and come to an arrangement yourselves, then that’s great. The app provides the means to find and organise carpools between drivers and riders and takes no part in setting prices or helping money change hands.

Your privacy is important and we’ve made every effort to protect your personal privacy while also providing sufficient information to allow Carpool matches. When you create your profile, your email address, car registration, and car make and car model are saved. This is to identify that you are part of the trusted network.

The app makes it easy to be flexible - if you want to carpool only on certain days, just load up those trips into the app.
Drivers and riders are making a commitment to the agreed pick up time and every effort should be made to arrive on time. The app will show the location of carpool vehicle at trip time so passengers can track progress, should the driver be running late. Users can contact each other using the app to inform of any late adjustments to plans.
As the trips take place outside of work hours and the driver is not profiting from offering a ride, there are no additional insurance requirements. The journeys are considered personal and are no different to offering a lift to a colleague, without using the app.

Ensure the use of a valid Amazon A>Z email. Check with your Sustainability Ambassador about the email address you should use for the MyCommute OpsCarpool service.
Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Choose your correct site from the drop down network selector.
Do not add your co-carpooler as both companion and extra passenger.
Companion is a Private Ride carpooler - this is where one person can be privately invited to match with the Carpool request
