Paying taxes in Colorado?

You could be eligible for a 50% tax credit on your employees’ commutes.

For tax years 2023-2024, the State of Colorado is providing tax relief of up to $125,000 per year to employers who promote alternative transportation options to their employees.

What can be claimed?

Anything and everything that has to do with employees’ alternative commute options. This includes everything from administrative and marketing costs to the actual costs of programs, technology, and incentives.

How can we help employers with this?

To qualify, an employer must submit a detailed explanation of their commuter (called “TDM”) plan. Commutifi’s data-driven commuter platform can help streamline the entire process to maximize the tax credit.
