To deliver a magical customer experience, the attraction partnered with Liftango to digitise its existing fixed-route shuttle service between Watford Junction and the venue. The result? The Problem
With rising visitor numbers, the attraction needed to modernise and optimise its shuttle service. Their goals were simple.
